Abstract

In this research work, CuWO4 nanocomposite powder was prepared via co-precipitation method. The resulting precipitates were annealed at 400oC with heating/cooling rate of 1oC/min. The obtained nanopowder was characterized by X – ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformation infrared (FTIR), Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM) and High resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). The thermal stability was investigated via differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). Dielectric constant (έ) and ac electrical conductivity (σac) for the prepared sample were measured in a wide temperature range as a function of frequency.
