The manuscript has to be written in the English language, it should not be under consideration or published elsewhere. It must be delivered in electronic format through the website of the journal https://jsrs.journals.ekb.eg

Using Times New Roman font throughout the manuscript. 

Manuscript preparation

1-    Title Page

The title of the paper must be brief, accurately reflects the content of the work. Use Times New Roman font (14 pt, bold)

2-    The author(s)

Indicate clearly the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author as well as their affiliation – institution, location, country, and check that all names are accurately spelled. Use Times New Roman font (12 pt, bold). The corresponding author has a star symbol (*) and an active e-mail address. Use Times New Roman font (11 pt)

3-    Abstract

Provide a structured abstract of maximum length of 200 words. The abstract highlights the aim of the work, the experiment, the principal results and major conclusions. Use Times New Roman font (12 pt) 

4-    Keywords

 Provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.

5-    Text

5-a Text Formatting

Manuscripts should be submitted in Word. Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 12-point Times New Roman) for text with 1.5 line spacing and use double spacing after paragraph. Use italics for emphasis and Latin names. Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages. The text will be divided into subsections. The sub-divisions necessary for a clear systematic presentation will be established within each section 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2 ...) 

   5-b Headings

 Use the decimal system of headings with no more than three levels. In format (size 12 bold, Times New Roman)

5-c Abbreviations

The use of symbols, abbreviations of parameters and units should be defined. 

6- Experimental work

It must be written insufficient details to allow the work to be reproduced by an independent researcher written in font 12 Times New Roman. 

7- Conclusions

It should be clear, and give short notes about the procedure and the sequence of results.

8- Acknowledgments

Names of funding organizations assistance to people must be written in full.

Conflict of interest Authors must state any potential conflict of interest on submission of their manuscript.

9- References

Citation

Reference citations in the text must be specified by numbers in square brackets. 

Reference list

The entries in the list must be numbered consecutively. Put number of references in square brackets

10- Tables

All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Headings should be placed above tables, left justified. Leave one line space between the heading and the table. Only horizontal lines should be used within a table, to distinguish the column headings from the body of the table, and immediately above and below the table. Tables must be embedded into the text and not supplied separately. Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.

11- Electronic Figure Submission

  • Supply all figures electronically, pointing to which program used. Black and white graphic with no shading All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals with "Fig." and the figure number, e.g., Fig.1.eps, Figure parts should be denoted by lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.). Do not use faint lines and points must be clear. : Photographs have Halftones should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If any magnification is used in the photographs; indicate this by using scale bars within the figures themselves. Each image must be uploaded separately and should be "JEPG or TIF" type. Figure caption describing accurately what the figure depicts. Figures should be submitted within the body of the text. Only if the file size of the manuscript causes problems in uploading it, the large figures should be submitted separately from the text.

13- Equations

Submit math equations as editable text and not as images. Equations and formulas should be typed in Math style, and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right hand side of the page (if referred to explicitly in the text). They should also be separated from the surrounding text by one space. 

Changes to authorship

Authors are expected to consider carefully the list and order of authors before submitting their manuscript and provide the definitive list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author names in the authorship list should be made only before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the journal Editor. To request such a change, the Editor must receive the following from the corresponding author: (a) the reason for the change in author list and (b) written confirmation (e-mail, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed.

Only in exceptional circumstances will the Editor consider the addition, deletion or rearrangement of authors after the manuscript has been accepted. While the Editor considers the request, the publication of the manuscript will be suspended. If the manuscript has already been published in an online issue, any requests approved by the Editor will result in a corrigendum. 

 Corrections

Any correction needed by the reviewer must be made with different color. The response of reviewers should be uploaded in a separate word file and each part of the comments must be carefully answered.
